5. To be eligible to win, all entries must be filled out on our website at www.cyrbustours.com starting on January 1, 2012.
6. Each Golden Ticket is redeemable only one time and is subject to tour availability. In the event of inadequate bookings and tour cancellation occurs, the winner will be given the opportunity to select another tour. Day Trips cannot be substituted for Overnight Tours.
7. Golden Tickets are not redeemable for cash.
8. Each winner must give Cyr Northstar Tours their choice of tour at least one week prior to the tour departure (valid for Day Trips only). The winner on the Overnight Tour Golden Ticket must give Cyr Northstar Tours their choice of tour at least 45 days prior to the tour departure.
9. Employees of John T. Cyr & Sons, Inc. /Cyr Bus Lines or family of employees are not eligible to win.
10. By participating in this promotion, each winner hereby consents to Cyr Northstar Tours using the winner’s name, likeness and his/her participation in the promotion for advertising and promotional purposes. No additional compensation will be paid for such usage.

Cyr Northstar Tours, management, employees, agents, promotion sponsors and affiliated companies and advertising accept no responsibility for liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from a participation in the promotion and/or the acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

Cyr Northstar Tours is an agent for the passengers and therefore accepts no responsibility for any "extra overnights" caused by any delays due to: An Act of God, delayed departures or arrivals, missed connections, hurricanes, snow storms, riots, accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions or any other conditions beyond our control. Cyr Northstar Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary and substitute arrangements of equal or greater value if, based on professional experience, circumstances warrant a change. Cyr Northstar Tours is not responsible for deficiencies on the part of the hotels, restaurants, airlines, cruise lines or any other company providing services throughout the tour. Cyr Northstar Tours has the right to cancel any and all tours if bookings are inadequate, and/or decline to book any persons.
